All Palermo abayas (custom made upon request) cannot be exchanged or returned except in case of a defect in the piece or a difference from the display. You must verify the measurements before completing the order. If the abaya arrives large or small, it can only be exchanged by measuring it in meters and photographing it before returning it to the shipping company. If you do not receive the product from the shipping company, a shipping fee of 30 riyals will be charged for reshipping.
